Glass items are non-returnable due to logistics constraints.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.

We accept returns or exchanges for these reasons:

Damaged or broken product

Wrong item delivered

Size issue

Item not as described

📦 Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
🚚 Your first eligible return or exchange comes with free shipping.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for approved cases (damaged, misrepresented, or out-of-stock items).

Once our shipping partner verifies the returned item, refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Refunds reflect in your account in 3–5 business days.

Shipping and gateway charges (2%) may be deducted as per our policy.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by logging into your account or contacting us via phone/WhatsApp.

Prepaid orders will be refunded within 2–3 business days, after deducting the 2% payment gateway fee.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery at your doorstep.
