How Commission Works

We charge a flat 10% commission per sale (excluding GST)—with no listing fee, no upfront cost, and no hidden deductions. Sellers retain full control over branding, fulfillment, and the entire customer experience. Naivri’s role is limited to helping with product visibility wherever possible, while sellers manage their catalogue, orders, and post-sale operations.

Order & Seller Policy

Prepaid Orders Only
Naivri accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.

Buyer Cancellations Not Allowed
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled by the buyer to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Seller Cancellations
If a seller cancels an order, a 5% cancellation charge (excluding GST) will be applied and deducted from future payouts.
Sellers are expected to manage inventory and listings accurately. Frequent or unjustified cancellations may lead to account suspension.

Seller Fulfillment Responsibility
Sellers are fully responsible for packaging, shipping, and post-sale support. Naivri does not handle fulfillment after order placement.

Account Review Policy

Naivri reserves the right to suspend or disable a seller account under the following conditions:

  • Excessive order cancellations

  • Product misrepresentation or counterfeit listings

  • Repeated customer complaints or delivery issues

  • Unethical or non-compliant business practices

  • Breach of platform standards or seller terms

  • Refusal to comply with Naivri dispute resolutions (if applicable)

Seller Responsibilities

All sellers are expected to:

  • Provide prompt and professional post-sale support

  • Dispatch orders within the promised timeline

  • Honor product warranties, guarantees, and returns

  • Maintain accurate stock levels and pricing

  • Communicate transparently with customers

Dispute Resolution

Naivri shares customer details with sellers so both parties know each other and can communicate directly.

  • In case of disputes, sellers and customers should first try to resolve issues themselves.

  • If not resolved, Naivri may suggest a final resolution.

  • If a seller refuses to comply with Naivri’s final decision, their account may be banned.
