What is the return policy on Naivri?

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, the seller will share a tracking ID. You can use that number to track your shipment.

Do you offer same-day delivery or local store pickup?
Same-day delivery or local pickup may be available depending on the seller’s location, distribution network, and discretion. You can also reach out to the seller directly to check if they can arrange local delivery or pickup for your order.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
No. All orders must be prepaid. Naivri does not support cash on delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Why am I seeing a “Shipping Not Available” error during checkout?
This means the product in your cart is not eligible for nationwide shipping and is available only for local delivery or store pickup. Currently, Purab Enterprises (Naivri) supports local delivery only within Delhi NCR for select products. If your address is outside this region, the order cannot be completed online. Why are the shipping charges so high on certain products?
Some products are not available for nationwide shipping. A high delivery charge (e.g., ₹1999) is added intentionally to restrict orders from non-serviceable areas. For these items, we recommend local delivery within Delhi NCR or store pickup. Contact us at 9990919202 for assistance.

I live in Delhi NCR. Will I still be charged ₹1999 for delivery?
No. If you're located in Delhi NCR, please contact us at 9990919202 to coordinate local delivery or in-store pickup without the inflated shipping charge.

Is shipping free?
Many products include free shipping on orders above ₹500. Others may carry a standard ₹149 shipping fee. Charges are clearly shown at checkout.

How do I become a seller on Naivri?
Visit the Naivri Seller Login page and submit your details. Once approved, you can list products. A valid GST certificate and a current account matching your GST details are required.

How do I create my product catalog?
You can build your catalog manually or get help from Naivri. If you use Shopify, you can sync your catalog automatically after approval.

How do I manage inventory and pricing?
If integrated with Shopify, updates happen automatically. Manual sellers can update stock and pricing through the seller dashboard.

What commission does Naivri charge?
Naivri charges a flat 12% commission (inclusive of GST) per successful order.

What happens if I cancel an order after receiving it?
A 2% cancellation fee applies. We strongly recommend fulfilling confirmed orders promptly.

How do I fulfill an order?
Use a reliable courier service and upload a valid tracking ID to your seller panel. This notifies the customer and activates order tracking.

Can I integrate my Shopify store with Naivri?
Yes. Once approved, you can sync your Shopify store with Naivri. Product, stock, and price updates will be reflected automatically.

How does Shopify integration help?
It enables seamless catalog management. You update your store on Shopify, and Naivri reflects those changes in real time.

Can Naivri help me build an online store?
Yes. Naivri can help you create a professional Shopify store and connect it to your Naivri seller account to simplify D2C sales.

Can I offer same-day delivery or local availability through my store or distributors?
Yes. If you have a local store or distribution network, you can offer same-day delivery or local pickup. Buyers will be directed to the Naivri Seller Collection page to find your product and contact details.

Where will my products be listed?
Approved products are displayed on Naivri’s Seller Collection page, improving discoverability and enabling local purchase inquiries.

Will commission be charged on dispatched orders? How are refunds or cancellations handled?
Yes, a 12% commission is charged post-dispatch. Refunds or cancellations—whether from you or the buyer—are the seller’s responsibility, including resolution, communication, and any required refund or replacement.
