  1. What is the return policy on Naivri?
    Naivri is a marketplace where return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller. We recommend checking the seller’s return policy on the product page, contacting the seller directly, or reaching out to us via WhatsApp for help.

  2. Can I contact someone for help with my order?
    Absolutely! You can message the seller directly (contact details are shown on product pages), or you can WhatsApp the Naivri team using the quick contact option on the website. We’re happy to help with delivery, product, or order-related questions.

  3. How can I check the status of my order?
    You can track your order using the tracking ID provided once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will be shared with you by the seller.

  4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
    Yes! Some sellers may offer same-day delivery depending on their location. You can contact the seller directly via the product page or WhatsApp Naivri to confirm if same-day delivery is available for your order.

  5. Do you accept cash on delivery?
    No, we do not accept cash on delivery (COD). All payments need to be processed online.

  6. Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellation policies vary depending on the seller. We recommend reviewing the seller's cancellation policy on the product page or reaching out to the seller directly for assistance.

  7. Why am I getting a "Shipping Not Available" error during checkout?
    If you're seeing the message "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address", it means the product you are trying to order is available for same-day delivery only within Delhi NCR. Purab Enterprises (Naivri) currently ships only within Delhi NCR for same-day delivery, so if you're outside this area, we are unable to ship the product to your location at this time.                                                                       
  8. Is shipping free?
    Many products on Naivri offer free shipping for orders over ₹500. However, some products may incur a shipping fee of ₹149 per order. To check whether shipping is free for the items in your cart, simply review the shipping details at checkout before completing your order.

For Sellers

  1. How do I become a seller on Naivri?
    To become a seller, visit the Seller Login page on the Naivri website. You can create an account and get approval after we check your credentials. A GST certificate and a current account with the name printed on the GST certificate are mandatory to sell.

  2. How do I create my product catalog?
    Sellers can create their own product catalog directly or can have Naivri help create it. If you use Shopify for your D2C brand website, your products can be synced easily to Naivri after approval, saving you time and effort.

  3. How do I manage inventory and pricing?
    If you're using Shopify integration, your inventory and prices will be automatically synced to Naivri. For manual sellers, you can manage and update inventory and prices directly from your seller dashboard.

  4. What commission does Naivri charge?
    Naivri charges a flat 12% commission, including GST, on all sales made through the platform.

  5. What happens if I need to cancel an order?
    If you cancel an order after it has been placed, a 2% cancellation fee will be charged. Always try to fulfill orders promptly to avoid any issues.

  6. How do I fulfill an order?
    Once an order is placed, you must fulfill it by shipping it with a valid tracking ID from a reliable courier service. Ensure to update the tracking number in the system to notify the buyer.

  7. Can I integrate my Shopify store with Naivri?
    Yes, if you have a Shopify store, you can integrate it with Naivri. After your account is approved, you can sync products directly from your Shopify admin to Naivri in just a few minutes.

  8. How does the Shopify integration work?
    With Shopify integration, your products, inventory, and pricing will be managed directly from your Shopify dashboard. Naivri’s Shopify connector will automatically update your products and inventory on our platform.

  9. Can Naivri help me create my own online store?

    Yes! If you don’t yet have an online store, Naivri can assist you in setting up a professional Shopify store for your brand. Once your store is ready, we can seamlessly integrate it with the Naivri platform, allowing you to manage products, inventory, and orders from one place. This makes selling direct-to-consumer much easier and scalable.

  10. Will commission be charged if the order is received and dispatched, and how are refunds or cancellations handled?

    Yes, commission will be charged once the order is received and dispatched. In case of a refund or order cancellation—whether by the customer or the seller—it is the seller's responsibility to decide how to handle the situation. The seller must take appropriate action to resolve the case, either by issuing a refund, replacing the product, or addressing the customer concern in line with platform policies.
