Order & Seller Policy
Prepaid Orders Only
Naivri accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.
Buyer Cancellations Not Allowed
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled by the buyer to ensure order flow and fulfillment consistency.
Seller Cancellations
If a seller cancels an order, a 5% cancellation charge (excluding GST) will be applied. This amount will be deducted from the seller’s future payouts.
Sellers are expected to keep inventory updated and listings accurate. Frequent or unjustified cancellations may lead to account suspension or deactivation at Naivri’s discretion.
Account Review Policy
Naivri reserves the right to suspend or disable a seller account under the following conditions:

Excessive order cancellations

Product misrepresentation or counterfeit listings

Repeated customer complaints or delivery issues

Unethical or non-compliant business practices

Breach of platform standards or seller terms

All sellers are expected to:
