Shop & Sell with Naivri: Trusted by Customers, Chosen by Sellers

Why Sellers Can Be Banned or Blocked on Naivri

Naivri is a marketplace built on trust between sellers and customers. While we encourage sellers to list a wide variety of products — including trending items and their alternatives — maintaining transparency and fairness is essential. If guidelines are not followed, seller accounts may face suspension or a permanent ban.

Reasons Sellers May Be Blocked or Banned

  1. Late or Non-Dispatch of Orders
Customers expect timely shipping. Repeated delays or failure to dispatch can lead to action.

  2. Fake or Misleading Listings

    • Trending products are often available in both originals and copies across the market.

    • On Naivri, copies are allowed, but they must never be falsely presented as originals.

    • Customers should always know exactly what they are purchasing. Misrepresentation will result in strict action.

  3. Selling Counterfeits as Originals
Customers may choose to buy alternatives, but sellers cannot cheat by claiming a copy is a genuine branded product.

  4. Manipulating Prices / MRPs
Fake or inflated MRPs to show artificial discounts are not allowed.

  5. Poor Product Quality or Wrong Items
Delivering used, damaged, or wrong products repeatedly can cause suspension.

  6. Negative Customer Experience
High returns, repeated complaints, or ignoring buyers will be taken seriously.

  7. Violation of Naivri Policies
Activities like fake reviews, misuse of features, or unethical practices are prohibited.

  8. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activities
Using fake tracking IDs, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent transactions will result in an immediate ban.

  9. Dispute Resolution Between Customers and Sellers

    • Naivri shares customer details with sellers so both parties know each other and can communicate directly.

    • In case of disputes, sellers and customers should first try to resolve the issue themselves.

    • If not resolved, Naivri will review and suggest a fair final decision.

    • If a seller refuses to comply with Naivri’s final decision, their account may be banned.

Our Approach

  • Step 1: Warning / Temporary Block – Sellers are notified of the issue and given a chance to improve.

  • Step 2: Permanent Ban – If problems continue, or in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or refusal to follow dispute resolutions, the account will be permanently disabled.

Why This Matters

  • Customers make informed choices with honest product listings.

  • Sellers have the freedom to sell trending items while keeping transparency.

  • Disputes are resolved fairly, ensuring trust and smooth operations.

  • Naivri remains a marketplace where clarity and fairness come first.
