Return Policy

Naivri has been selling toys since 2009. We do stand by our customer`s side ensuring that our clients feel happy each and every time they buy products from us. With our apt sales service, we want to ensure that our clients are assured of the exact chosen price and the items delivered are in perfect condition.
With our motto 'complete shopping satisfaction', we are dedicated to deliver you the quality products and services. However, it is rarely found that due to some unexpected situation, you are not satisfied with the product, then the following Replacement and Refund Policy Terms apply for a mutually consented resolution.
if you received the order from the region or pin code which pin code finder doesn’t show, for that customer will be responsible and we will deduct 3% and cancel the order and refund the amount.
How this Replacement policy terms work
- If you receive an item in damaged condition or somehow if the item you received was not the item you ordered, then please do contact us as soon as you receive the item in question. We promise that we will offer you the best possible solution.
- It is advised not to return the item without informing us. It is very vital that you do not send back the item until you have verified with us. In such a situation, no credit or replacement shall be given.
- If we are unable to deliver the original ordered item due to unavoidable reasons, then according to our terms we will request you to select an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost.
- Any shipping costs of sending back to us above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from us are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for return and exchange ordered.
Helpful Guidelines on Return
- Always report your problems associated with the item, order, packaging etc. right on time. You must be as specific as possible at the time of informing your complain.
- Always try to return your item using registered airmail or courier service to provide proof of delivery. If something happens in the transit and if the item is not delivered to us, it is impossible to help you. So make sure to rely upon reliable courier agency.
- Please return the item within 7 working days of confirmation. Try to keep that item in original packing and condition.
- We will examine the products, returned by you and we will try to figure out what went wrong and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from re-occurring.

Color and Description Disclaimer
A customer must fix an order keeping in mind some minor variation in color, size etc., as seen on a computer screen against the actual color and size of the products received. It seems bit tough for us to replicate the actual color and size on computer screens. Although the images shown are of the actual products only, still there may be minor variations in color and size of the actual product due to the digital representation.
What is the process of Order Cancellation?
Any order can be cancelled before the product has been shipped, there will be deduction of 4% of transaction charges. Kindly inform us by mail at Toypreneur@gmail.com. Refund will be processed for cancellations after deduction of 4% of transaction amount.
An order cannot be cancelled in case the same has been dispatched from our end.
What is the Refund request processing time?
Once you have requested for a refund, it will take us 7 working days for refund initiation. We will inform you once the process has been completed.
Kindly note, In case of prepaid payments, the money is transferred back to the source of payment and it may take from 10-21 days for the refund to be processed, depending on different banks. Kindly get in touch with your bank with your transaction number in case there is any delay further to what we have informed to you.
What are the modes of refund available?
In case of Prepaid Orders, the amount is refunded back to the source through which the payment was made for the transaction. Refunds are processed only in case of damaged products and Delivery Issues.
