What is the return policy on Naivri?
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To be eligible, you must share a clear and complete unboxing video showing the package opening from start to finish. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted. Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or personalized products.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.

Do you offer same-day delivery or store pickup?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery within Delhi NCR for eligible products. You can also choose store pickup from our Ghaziabad location. For assistance, contact us at 9990919202.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options available at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Why are shipping charges showing as ₹1999 on some products?
This product is available only for local delivery within Delhi NCR. The ₹1999 shipping charge is shown to restrict orders from non-serviceable areas.

Is shipping free?
