Sell on Naivri – Simple, Fair, and Transparent

Naivri is a marketplace designed for genuine sellers who want to grow their business online without facing unfair pricing tactics or unauthorized competition. We ensure a straightforward and transparent selling experience.  

Selling on Naivri (12% Commission per Sale)

- No upfront fees – only a 12% commission per sale (excluding 18% GST).  
- Sellers must provide EAN codes, and we will handle product listings.  
- Shipping is managed by sellers using their own delivery services.  
- Once an order is fulfilled, sellers must update the tracking AWB, which confirms the order has been successfully processed.  
- Commission is charged to prevent misuse through order cancellations.  

Commission Payment Options

 Sellers can choose one of the following payment methods:  

1. Post-Delivery Payment: If the seller is comfortable working with us, they shall ship the order and raise an invoice to Naivri for the sales value minus 12% commission. Naivri will process the NEFT payment within D+2 days (2 days after delivery, excluding holidays).  

2. Pre-Dispatch Payment: If the seller prefers, they may raise the same invoice. Instead of waiting for post-delivery payment, Naivri will process the NEFT before dispatch. This ensures the seller receives payment in advance and can ship the product confidently.  

Order Cancellation Policy

- Sellers cannot cancel an order once placed.  
- If a seller cancels an order, a 2% charge (excluding GST) applies.  
- Naivri will generate an invoice for the sales value minus 2%, and the seller must pay this amount separately or it will be deducted from future payments.  

Other Terms and Conditions

- Only prepaid orders are accepted; there are no COD transactions.  
- Sellers must raise invoices to Naivri for products sold. If a customer requests a GST invoice for B2B purchases, Naivri will issue it accordingly. 
- Support, warranty, and returns are the sole responsibility of the seller.  
- Naivri is currently in the pilot phase, onboarding selected sellers who align with our vision.
